Free Consultation
All new clients begin with a free one-hour consultation to discuss needs, scope, and fit. This ensures transparency before any paid engagement begins.
Ongoing Services

All monthly service fees are billed in advance.

Clients may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.

Services will continue through the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months, but no additional charges will occur after the notice period ends.
One-Time Services
If a one-time project or service is agreed upon and delivered, those fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Service Guarantee
If you believe we have failed to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, please notify us within 10 business days. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, provide corrective services at no additional cost or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in cases of billing error or duplicate payment.
